1. SPONSOR

The VUNI Gear Africa Safari Hunt Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by VUNI Gear, located at 9637 N 6800 W Highland UT 84003

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on December 20, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on February 15, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants can earn entries through various actions on the VUNI Gear website and client portal during the Sweepstakes Period. To discover all available methods to earn entries, please visit https://vunigear.com/ and log in to your client portal for detailed information.

5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without participating in the online activities, hand-print your full name, complete address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Each mail-in entry must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by February 5, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: Africa Safari Hunt, including accommodations and guided hunting experience, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $10,000. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare to and from Africa, as well as any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize package.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about February 15 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be announced via instagram live, additional live stream channel and/or at the VUNI Gear booth at the Western Hunting Expo the day of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 30 minutes, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, or use/misuse of the prize.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://vunigear.com/policies/privacy-policy

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Utah County, Utah. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them.
