Refund policy

We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with original tags attached and in original packaging. Returns containing pet hair, stains, or odors cannot be accepted.

MAKING A RETURN:

Visit this link and enter your order number and email.
Select the items to return/exchange and if you wish for store credit, cash refund, or an exchange.
Package your return item(s) in the original packaging (black or clear pack bags) and place the return label emailed to you on the package. Items returned without the original packaging will incur a 20% fee.
Ship your items back.
Refunds or Store Credit will be issued once the return items have been received by Vuni Gear.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package. You may also select Store Credit instead of a Cash Refund to expedite the exchange process.

We are happy to help you place a new order and provide you with free shipping on your repurchase order. We will do our best to get your new products out to you right away, provided the item(s) is/are in stock. You will be charged for the new product on its way out to you and we will cover standard shipping for this order. Once we receive your return product, we will credit you for it within 5-7 business days. Please follow the ‘Making A Return’ instructions above.
