The 90% RIZE Jacket is equipped with our TOROVA TECHNOLOGY â 3-layer construction shell products. It has a waterproof membrane sandwiched between a soft outer material and a fleece polyester lining, that provides durability and breathability that warms with free motion. This 4-way stretch construction fabric technology without any Lycra will keep you comfortable and protected from the elements without adding extra bulk or weight.
Our 10K/10K waterproof membrane has one billion pores per square inch, smaller than a water droplet. These tiny holes are too small for water and wind to pass through from the outside. But these same pores are large enough for moisture vapor to exit through, so your body's perspiration can leave, and you wonât feel uncomfortable inside your jacket.
The only reason this isn't considered a rain jacket is due to the sewn seems instead of welded seems which leaves them vulnerable to micro permeability through the seem fibers.
THIS JACKET IS ATHLETIC CUT TO FIT AGAINST THE BASE LAYERS DIRECTLY NEXT TO YOUR BODY. IF YOU WANT TO LAYER WITH AN INSULATION ITEM YOU WILL NEED TO GET ONE SIZE LARGER
